Margaret was born in Charlottesville, Virginia, where her family lived for several years before relocating to Long Island, New York.

 

Margaret attended Elizabeth Seton College, majoring in Business Administration, and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1970. She continued her education at Adelphi University in Garden City and received her B.A. degree in Business Administration, graduating Cum Laude in 1973.

 

After relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area, Margaret began her career in real estate and purchased her first home in the Chapman Park area of Corte Madera where she lived for eleven years. She was affiliated with the local firm of Scott McCall in Mill Valley, that ultimately merged with TRI Realtors, Prudential California Reality and finally Coldwell Banker. In August 1994, she joined the newly created office of Pacific Union Residential Brokerage in Marin.

 

In her professional career, Margaret has listed and sold property in the San Francisco and Marin County markets. She has spent several years as the on-site Sales Representative in the retailing of premier luxury homes and condominiums such as Pacific Union Marketing, the Duffel Company and Pinn Brothers, Inc. Her superior marketing skills, as well as her extensive background in creative advertising, property staging, and pricing analysis have enabled her to achieve and maintain consistent results in her real estate business.

 

Margaret owns her home in Baltimore Canyon in Larkspur, where she enjoys many outdoor activities, including hiking, golfing, and swimming. Her love of travel, food, and people has brought many rich and fulfilling experiences into her life and has added a dimension which enhances her ability to communicate effectively with the diverse clientele and situations inherent to the business.
